Here is a 30 Day challenge. Keep a journal or simple notes of what happened each day.
Every morning before you step out of bed place your hands on your heart and say,
"Thank you Universe for this Heaven on Earth Day where only the Highest and Greatest Good happens for me and for all those involved. "
FEEL as if the perfect day has already happened and know that everything has a reason. We may not understand why, but just remember the Universe is putting all the dominos in the correct place so ONLY the Highest and Greatest Good happens for you. It is either something to be thankful for or a lesson to be learned.
If a negative thought or word comes out of you, think or say "Stop -Rewind -Delete", then replace what you just thought or said with a positive twist. Remove those negative energies from your energy field. What your heart feels is what you send into the universe, and what you will attract back to you. So let us keep positive and know that each day is a Heaven on Earth day!
If you start feeling down, remember something that makes you smile or (even better) makes you laugh! This simple act will raise your own fequency to a higher level, and it will change your negative feeling and attitude.

"Thank you for filling and surrounding me with Divine light and Unconditional,Non- Judgmental Love, so I am protected and able to share this Highest Frequency of Energy and Love with others."
